What I知 saying is the aqaua is proked , then while proked the krack gun is charged and lands a hit. Then immediately goes into cooldown. Aqaua proc stops and I resume charging and landing shots with krack but with no proc as in the corner I see the cooldown proc ticking away but I never see any actual proc from the gun until the prok timer has disappeared from the corner. No one else has seen this happen?

Krak Gun cant proc while Aqua is active. We have been trying to tell you that.

Landing a charged attack from Krak Gun while Aqua is active also doesn't stop Aqua proc, aqua proc proceeds as usual.

Krak Gun never goes into cooldown because it never actually procced

Yes, you can't proc another weapon untill the cooldown timer has gone away.

Try arcane gun level 76 and kraken staff. Both of them proc on boss in same time. But their damage don t stack as scratch gun and staff did before level 81 expansion.

That’s because that gun applies a debuff & dot, & the staff adds buffs
A debuff & buff can stack but 2 buffs usually don’t add up

Bruh, who the hell cares about Skratch Gun XD. It the damage doesn't stack, then what's the point?.

Skratch Gun is a debuff, it can proc, but there's literally no point as its very irrelevant.
