Im still trying to figure out how a pally with savage set has way better stats then a pure int fiery mage. I know pallys have high armor but a str set giving a higher.dmg/dps then fiery is confusing

Pure int does more DMG than savage actually.

Yes, that is correct.

To clarify, pure INT has the most skill damage out of any build.
The staff/wand have more skill damage than the scythe.
However, the scythe has much more DPS (damage per second), almost around 100 more DPS.
This matters because AUTO-attacking on an enemy apparently deals a lot of damage. (Mages can freeze their opponents and proceed to whack them.)

Ill take your word but the reason i said that earlier was i seen a pure int mage with fiery and dmg around 320-335, then seen a pally with savage and dmg was 345-360. Of course buffs couldve been in play. I go for dmg so i started on a.savage set

At the moment, int mage is in a pretty bad spot. Too low mana regen, too poor survivability for the slight damage that you get.

I have question about ring of valiant glory. Im about to reach 76, and i have CoP, and fortunately, i have dingy crown of persistence ( which i can stash to my 76 toon) before i turn it to CoP, will 2 CoP, +eye can be eligible to ring of valiant glory? Anyone tried it before?

You would only receive the two piece ring because you have to equip the elite vanities to get the ring. I know that some people have asked support in the past and they helped for people who had two vanities like monarch helm and cop but since you only will have capped twice for the character, support most likely wouldn't be able to help.
