In pve and high level pvp, you should always do minimum requirement for the str gear you're using and the rest in dex. For low level pvp, do pure dex! Good luck!
If practice makes perfect and perfection is impossible, why practice?

If you go to full dex and your 76 ypu have to use minimum dex rest str same with 75 bit swift set and they are kinda easy to kil mabey your not experienced at it
pure dexterity is actually fine especially in pvp 65+
you get 48 dodge just from buffs and a maxed hellscream basically eliminates any other damage you may take
below 65 I would recommend using a talon or dagger if you are the only bear on your team
this advice if for unelixered pve
if you are using elixirs u can basically use strength intelligence if you really wanted and solo levels with ease still
