Wisps tradeable

I know there are two wisps when u buy them at store..but its sad to say that the other wisp is just at the inventory..
Please make other wisps tradeable..
Example: there will be a question box saying "which of the following wisps do you wish to be tradeable" like that lol :-)

As sts made this whisps paid i mean with plats no chances for them to be tradeable
