It will. This is the last year for the Orb or Ursume and its empowered counterpart. We will be reworking how event boosts / bane items work in 2024.

The new chain sword and orb have higher damage than legendary 86 weapons in stat screen. However new chakrams show lower damage, than the legendary chakrams. Why is that?

It's probably an issue with the way the Chakram damage formula is displayed in your inventory. We've had this issue before. The weapons themselves seem to do a lot more damage - and are especially powerful when used in the context of the 8/8 set.

They drop from Frostwyrm the Brood Dragon - and you'll need the Farmer Elixir.

Vanity versions of these items are found in the Locked Crates.
