Regarding the hailstone gem, it adds +1 to STR, DEX, INT + 0.02*Level to STR, DEX, INT, and +0.025*Level to STR, DEX, INT, +0.25 Critical Hit Damage on critical success. It seems very underwhelming as mentioned by someone else that at level 81 it gives 3 all stats + 0.25 crit damage on critical success. Are there any plans to tweak this? Also would be nice if it is lootable from event bosses or craftable. Thanks!

It’s really not meant to be an OP endgame gem; it’s for lower levels. If you’re looking for an endgame upgrade you may prefer the Eye of Frostwyrm.

Thanks for the reply Cinco! 0.02*level still seems underwhelming given that the gem gives 1-2 STR/DEX/INT across levels 1-30, not sure how rounding works in this case or I did the maths wrong.
Is it possible for change the eye of frostwyrm to be tradeable? Since each account can only craft 3 throughout the whole event.

Why are there 15 plat locks in vendor and 30 plat store separated? I spent lots of 30 plat opening thinking that was the only option. Didn't they used to be on the same screen.

I think this is because the 30 is class specific locks (limited)
and the one in vendor is for all class and it is unlimited supply
it’s bad that you will take something from us when we paid plat for them
please do refund that plat, not just per person, but per items removed seems fair

Sorry, this is as-designed. If it were tradable, players would be able to use more than 3 on the same character.
Sorry, no plans to change this.
Sounds like players want to keep these even though they will do nothing but take up [precious] inventory space (think of the new players!). Not sure why you need compensation, they served their purpose in previous events and we reserve the right to not use them in future events.
Store crates are class specific (will only give you items for your class). They even have different names (Rogue Ice Dragon Crate vs. Ice Dragon Crate).
Which elixir? There are several.

The 15 plat and 30 plat locks been in the store last event and the one before. No one was informed that you would be separating them. How would I know vendor has locks. Nothing in your preview about this change.
