    Post Upcoming temple event

    This was already suggested many times by many people, but here I am again to bring this suggestion since the event is coming back, so one of the "issues" with this event is that a lb run requires much time non-stop, and getting interrupted by anything such ping spikes can happen, the last twilight temple had bosses until waves 40, bosses are the only thing that non-lb players farm, so why just don't start to make waves hard at waves 41+? Like bringing wave 150 difficulty to wave 41 and etc? It would save alot of time for lb players and people with good potential but not much time could finally to participate.
    I believe this has no down-sides to any player. Please let me know what you devs and players think.

    Surviving, stacking and all that just to randomly die to 1 mob one hour in completely demotivates.
    +1 make waves harder earlier way in into the round. As above suggested many times.

    last time waves got exponentially harder at wave 100+
    it was reallly cool and I dont think they need to change it

    -1 all events require time and effort. Tryna promote this way is just lazy. Plus 40 waves encourage ppl to farm spots with alts.

    Temple events lb are mostly based on op gears and strategy, so if you have op gear and know how to play, I guess you shouldn't care about someone with many alts-just be better than them-like devs already said during the topic of alts on another temple thread.

    After siege event whole community were crying about ppl doing alts, so i guess having long runs discourages them in a way to do so. Rather long runs and highscore lb rather than making it short runs and lb like fishing event where only amount of runs matter. ( Sm1 suggested that last time i think assomers did)

    We will look at streamlining the event. 5m is a bit too short, but I do think 1h+runs are a bit lengthy. We'll need to adjust this anyway since 86 is now out.

    Thanks for answer, i agree that 5 min are too short, last event we waste like 10-15 minutes just for reach wave 40 due to bosses, and 41+ were just easy waves that could be made in seconds, but reaching hard waves we do need to wait proc cd for every wave and etc, that 1 hour+ per run, and any interruption could get all that time wasted. I believe that the waves after bosses being harder(and with it I'm saying like the difficulty of waves 150+ from last event) could minimize the time per run. This event is the most beloved by op players, so more difficulty at lower waves should increase competition and give a chance for those who can't play for so long. Hoping to this adjust :-)

    Shortening temple runs would make temple more gear based than skill based. The only things which come in the mind which would shorten temple duration are things which would favor players with most op gears. Temple would require less strategy and better gears. With current temple gameplay, people with worse gears than most op players can get top 10 due to strategy and not making mistakes for a long time.

    Getting clapped at wave 104 because 1 mob singlehandedly dealt more damage to you than all of the mobs together in previous waves is not about making mistakes for a long time.
    Thread is about making earlier waves harder so event can be more enjoyable.

    What’s wrong with gear based leaderboards? Why lb isn’t supposed to require new items?
    Isn’t it what the game is about? Obtaining best gear for your character and develop?
    I support the idea if items are obtained for
    f a r m e d
    gold.

    not even mentioning you’re in the group of people that can afford and own good gears. Idk where the idea of coming up as a person not being able to afford gear come from.

    What about just adding bosses with different mechanics on every wave. It would be more interesting in all ways possible, no "only" mobs killing endlessly.

    Default Upcoming temple: Make it Shuyal instead of Twilight

    Can you do a different temple event, not twilight?
    Swamp and Dragkin were fun and the lb banners were great, twilight was not that fun to play and banners were pretty normal, nothing special

    Tbh I think a Shuyal theme would be perfect, these maps bring back great memories and as an old player, I enjoyed playing against Shuyal mobs.
    Not even talking about the great vanitys you can easily make on Shuyal theme.
    Just imagine lord innaash head on a spike banner, would be crazy
