I need help.

This problem went on for almost a week now. I am still stuck at the authenticating page. I am using iPad2, iOS 6. So, I have discovered that when I am using a different ISP (office), I can load PL, SL, DL. At home, I have a problem using this ISP, since I cannot load, patch, whatsoever. I cannot play. That's it. Now, what can I possibly ask the support system of the my crappy ISP at home? I am no techie person and I would appreciate it if you will give me sane answers. I miss the game! Really. I dunno anything about ports, traffic, etc. Help?

I have e same problem at times with my IPad .. Sucks and I am not techie either.... I can pretty much just point and click....lol
