I don't know if I consider it a visual error but the snowflakes go very far. Couldn't they expand the area below when the snowflakes fall wider?

I think it was translated wrong,
I mean that the area where the flakes fall is very small for how far away you can see the flakes flying, couldn't they disperse the flakes from the ground more?
