Question regarding badges

Hello sts it seems i a ran out of character slots.
If i were to delete a HC character that has obtained top10 would i lose that badge?

Asking this since the badges are account bound but would deleting that specific character break the link.

Digi test it for the community.

Delete the char and see if the badge goes poof.

The badge wont go away. However hard you try.

You have it on all your level 1 even when you delete ur hc badge seasonal and make a new character after 10 seasons the badge will still be there. Like a curse @,@
