Suggestion - sell / buy fully furnished house

I’ve got this seriously cool idea for the game – picture houses with unique codes, like the Tavern house deed (66203). When players packs house, there could be a message like ‘Player packed Tavern house deed (66203),’ making it super secure and scam-proof as the buyer can see that it’s the actual house he’s paying for ’

Now, here’s the real game-changer: what if you could take a tour of a house before buying it in the auction? Forget boring descriptions, just hit the “Tour” button and explore the place! It would be insanely cool and add a whole new level of fun to the game.

Oh, and to keep things fair, players should only be able to open a house if they’ve got enough slots. No more squeezing into places that won’t fit!

Hope you love the idea – it would be a total game-changer!

Seems like a lot of work. In addition to the deed, we’d also have to keep track of the furnishing items within to transfer them to the new owner. I don’t seen this happening.

I like this idea. Being able to sell your entire house the way it is right now with everything inside is way more convenient than manually removing everything and reassembling it in the buyer's house. It would open brand new financiar possibilities, where people will probably start creating nice houses and sell them for profit.

Or maybe it would work better as house templates, where I could create a house interior and turn it into a template for others to use to achieve the same result as me, but using their own items. Pretty sure people would like that.

It seems very complicated to me, in exchange I better suggest that they add 1 drawing board that can be marketed as previous owners drew on it... perhaps it is considered as artist's art

I don’t think that’s its lot of work as loadouts already exist . So just make a way to sell that loadout, by selling loadout I mean sell that full build.
This feature could be a game changer!

What do you guys think about pre made house designs you can purchase for your house for the deed that you have I think that would be a cool feature that could be implemented into the game.

Seems really unnecessary and complicated to do. I wish devs would spend their time on more important things that would actually improve the game. Such as vendor phase II and so on

Btw I have seen this ”idea” being spammed over and over again in the suggestions forum by those two particular guys. Multiple people have already shared their opinion, why posting it here again..
