Only thing I have heard of is an app called "Display Recorder" but the app is like 10$ (or was before)

I tried display recorder but its nearly impossible to play with it working and recording in the back ground. Sooooo laggy
I have used display recorder on my jbed iPad, thought it worked fine for me, only problem was if the iPad was upside down or if my hand was on the speaker.
