It should be mentioned here that you can also join Ok'Tal Towne with the [Lil'Loko] pet - which is also the cheapest option.

Join the towne yes with lil loko pet , but it does not give you access to the special dungeons that allow you to gain a lot of xp orbs to level up quickly.

Lil Loko pet is awarded to each character after you hit level 100. It does not give an bonuses what so ever and does not do anything else, but give any character (any level access) to Oktal Towne if you have it equipped by entering the portal in Shadow Caves.
