Phantom set V.S. Lvl 71 Dex set (sorry dont know the name)

Hey guys I was wondering.. As if now is it worth it to get the new lvl 71 set? Phantom set seems to be doing fine, but I'm thinking they'll eventually lose power Any thoughts or opinions will be appreciated!!

Flying recurve set? Yeah phantom is better both in 13m range and dodge, but put in mind the increase in hit % and dmg on flying compensates the dodge lost so its up to you to decide which you like better
