Maybe this is only my opinion but I keep several loadouts built for different boards/bosses. This also helps keep the game fun for me, running different builds for different goals. Scrolls are easily acquired and at end game not a big deal to keep several hundred on hand. Play around with all the skills and try skills that, easy in the game were not used, see your outcomes. Arcane at endgame is definitely a different game once you reach cap
