Somehow the majority of the casual players are not sticking around here anymore because the complexity of the content which you guys makes available for us is much harder than 2 expansions ago.

76 cap expansion was so good because the gear was affordable and you could actually farm casually events without an op party. Arcanes were really cheap. You had a way to make gold from looting eggs, gear, etc from events.

Basically to get 81 lvl cap arcanes it costs you roughly 500m with mid awakes or clean. Casual players can’t make that amount so easily especially if the only way to farm gold is going with a party who is going to request you to have atleast 2-3 arcane pieces.

My request is this, since the arcane that matter are ONLY available in crates then please consider dropping pulls for guaranteed loot to 300 pulls for all the crates.

600 pulls - is too much especially if you have bad luck to get an arcane helm.

The current price of lvl 81 arcane is going to plummet at the arise of the new arcanes which you will introduce very soon.

Sorry, no plans to change this. The non-class-specific locked crate is set at 600. The class-specific locked crates (sold in limited quantities in the store) are set to 300.

Also, not sure why you think 86 Arcanes are going to be out soon, we haven't released all of the 86 Mythics yet. We also won't release the 86 Arcanes until there is a lot more Elder Woods [elite/nightmare] content. Looking at the last few expansions, it's Mythics, then Elite dungeons, then Arcanes (not sure if we'll get Elder Woods Spirit yet).
