Disable proc activation

An option to disable proc activation on certain items. A red X next to the heart symbol or something.
Here is an issue us players are experiencing and its annoying. We have proc cool downs on our items which restrict us from many strategies and many different gear loadouts especially for those who have less gold.
If you have a budget speed loadout or gold loot loadout usually it has some items you don't really want to proc. Ideally your speed loadout and damage loadout has nothing that is a major proc equipped on it so you aren't thrown into a cooldown phase.

Here is the primary issue- we have star weapons that have procs on them that really suck but the base damage stat with crit damage is nice so its placed on a damage loadout.
A weapon cool down is less than a vest cd so logically you would stay on your damage loadout until your vest cd is up swap to your proc loadout and proc then go back to damage. While waiting on your vest cd if you accidentally proc your star weap thats another cd you have to wait on.
Your damage loadout isn't supposed to have primary procs on it such as kraken weps vest or belt or anything that procs in those 3 slots at all so you can let stuff wear out then proc all at once again for the most amount of damage.
Star weapons are meant to be in a damage loadout because of their insane stat bonuses that even outperform a 62% dex flawless finesse zaarus set with bounty bow. Though since they have a proc with a cd we really can't use them at end game and I don't see some noob buying a star weapon for 200m+ when kraken is 1/3rd the price and heavily out performs it.

All items have advantages and disadvantages, I know that you are the professor of the game but is better to let developers reveal all of new equipment before ask for changes.

The tiny proc of new weapons blocks the proc of the other, this thing is a common problem if you use multiple weapons, the normal player that uses only 2 weapons will never spotted,

I dont get the point of getting 3/3 and 6/6 sets.. its just useless. Imagine if zaarus and starbeast and all bonus sets didnt exist and it was just kraken.. it woulda been much better. Why? Because sometimes i need to be fast in procing so that i switch to star beast immediately for max stats and miss half of my item's procs lol (including armor, arti)

Your issue seems to be more with one weapon, in which case I wouldn’t ask devs to create this no proc button for all items with procs

Bro I have played zodiac maps without zarus set! I use a engine gun because not cooldown proc, and 1 tainted armor with very high armor.
And the new maps now is the same thing.
Right now the kraken items is for getting the proc off your choice only.
If me I can do this, why you, you can't and we need to change the game?

No offense - but it's a good thing that this is not an actual issue :-)

Hard no to configuring the activation status of procs on gear.
