when my mouse curser hits the end of the screen while im turning my camera with left click hold . it then stops when i hit the end of screen, is there a way i can make it so it keeps going or and doesnt just stop?

There isn't a way to really fix that. Your pc resolution is bigger than what you can see aka line pockets on the sides of your screen you can't see where your mouse can go which in any app registers your mouse as not registered active on the application. X and z rotate camera endlessly.
