Training dummies in towns

I would like to see some training dummies in towns representing endgame spec enemies. The dummy is a mob that won't die nor atack the player but will share the same ratings as an endgame mob, allowing players to test their damage output and different combos in a controlled enviroment.

How about another map similar to Festerfang? In town would be annoying sound effects.
