Just a suggestion about character got banned

Is there any possibility to delete the characters if they got banned a long time ago to reuse their "in game names"?, got so many friends or guildies that has a good IGN but haven't online for a past few years now and they have a good readable ign. Thanks. just a 'what if'.

No, my acc didn't get banned at all. I was just saying that readable ign is limited nowadays cuz of that reason.
