Yes, select their name and put them on ignore. Unfortunately there are people in this world that think its ok to bully others. Just stay strong friend and know there are good people too. :-)

I saw the thread about bullying but unfortunately was closed before I could comment.
If the bully is constantly making a new character with a generated name and sending messages, it is nigh on impossible for the ignore button to work.
The bully will make a new character, send a pm then delete that character.
Someone did it to me years ago. There is a way to stop it and that's by accepting tells from friends and guildmates only.
I know this is awkward for trading etc. but it gives the person being bullied time out to think instead of being bombarded with bad messages all the time.
After a period of thinking that bullies are just sad probably lonely people with too much time on their hands, with nothing better to do in their lives, you can try accepting tells from everyone again if you need to.
I didn't have the choice to accept tells from friends back in the day. This feature is one of the best ideas thought up by STS.
