Should an op use Agressive or kit

Ummm...I'm kinda like confuse over weather an op should kit or be aggressive. I've used both and I like kiting better but a lot of ppl told me an op shouldn't kit. Now I think with flame, lash,and lurch u have the perfect kitting build,because like lash followed by lurch will stop ur enemy from moving an give u time to heal,while flame will be burning him up. So I think that will do a lot of damage ,especially if u use all those other skills like blur that will make u not receive as much damage as u r giving.Wut do u guys think?(and sorry if the English is bad I'm French and still learning English ).

Aggressive but not too aggressive, & kite,but don't kite too much or ur enemy could run & heal. So pretty much 50/50.
Ps: Ops heal so low so I personally go with aggressive.

Exactly what Gison said. Hybrid mixture of the too. And remember, your skills travel farther than your gun shots.

Well the lvl cap is now 46,so. I think I depends on what class u are fighting, fighting coms first go aggressive then kite until u have ur skills back on, when engi, go full aggressive, if that op is using pink set, then go aggressive cuz he no dodge, but if dodge set, I think kite will be better
