Opening plat eggs bugged!

Hey i just looted 2024 plat egg
Its says when i open it i will get the new backpack wings so ive opened it. But i haven’t got anything neither wings nor plat.

This has been resolved and any opened Platinum eggs that awarded nothing were returned to players.
