Will Mechanubis crafting components disappear now that catacombs on break?

legendary Items such as Active power cell, precision gear, battle circuit etc which are crafted and completed, will they disappear from inventory?

Including the materials used to craft them like Mystic coral, sea sheel, seaweed epic items??

What will not disappear and what will??

Those have expiring timer on them they will gone, like the previous catacombs.
