realign stats

Sry am posting this in here it wouldn't let me post in player guides but can anyone tell me how to realign stats and skills?

Its called respec and for stats its in your avatar screen at the bottum. costs Two plat.
For skills its in your skill page. costs Two plat aswell. To move your skills around, map the skills you want in the right squares you desire.
