Ult recharge cooldown

After using an ult, I believe it takes around 15 second before we can start accumulating charge for it again. Can we maybe lower the cooldown it takes to get charge again? 5 seconds after casting an ult like ultimate aim, ultimate meteor sounds nice.

If an ult has long duration like war 6x str value, it starts accumulating charge 5 seconds after the ult ends. This way players can come up with better teamwork especially on the buffed ezg and make other players be able to farm it.

Now days after kraken helmet we can use the pets with faster recharge ultimate.
I don't remember, the warrior to has any ultimate that maybe miss-hit target like meteor or aim ult aim shot?
6X str ultimate apply on warrior he moves attack with power, not misses targets
