Are you able to rename your pets?
And are pets names like player names- only can exists once?

No it won't confuse u. It will confuse us since your own name will always be replaced with "you"

Yep,u can rename ur pet and character.
Renaming a pet costs 2 platinums and renaming a character costs 30 platinums.
