Sharp Dragonscale?

I searched and read a few threads trying to find my answer. Don't really see anyone in game with this set and the right stats otherwise I'd know. I read a post about the distribution of items' stats per class has been "rebalanced". Figured I could ask here and surely someone would have my answer.

These BSM pinks do give a set bonus don't they? (If not, disregard this part.) I see a gold glow or aura behind people who seem to be wearing a "set". I don't know if they're like the Humania sets; defense set is a different combination of pinks than offense. If so, let me clarify I'm interested in the wand/eye set info.

Can anyone here post a photo of the stats when just set is equipped on a pure INT mage?
