Plat sales don't work :/

Wanted to buy a few things from the store but I can't buy plat, not over the website and not with google wallet.
Plat sales for the other games works fine.

How long will it take till we can buy plat?

Couldn't buy the 90$ pack, but the 20$ pack worked just fine.

I tried over google play and over the STS website, too.

Google play has sent a confirmation email but the plat is not in my account yet.
Whereas the plat that I bought over the website was credited within a minute
