Guild need perks and passive buffs

I thing it's time for guild have more features and a limit of 100 people and passives or perks like for every person or every 10 people the passive will apply for everyone in guild like:
1/9 guild member:
+1/9% gold loot
+1/9% luck
+1/9% focused loot
+1/9% xp
+1/9% pet xp
+1/9% spirit xp

10/100 guild members:
+10/100% gold loot
+10/100% luck
+10/100% focused loot
+10/100% xp
+10/100% pet xp
+10/100% spirit xp
+1/10 increased pickup radius
+1/10 strength/dexterity/intelligence
+1/5% leech
+1/5% crit chance
+5/10% crit damage
+1/5% damage reduction
+5/10% elite damage
+5/10% boss damage
+5/10% armor
+5/10% movement speed
+2,5/5% haste
+250-500 mana and health

All buff will activate by guild leader or guild leader assistant with guild perk points or so.
Also we need a guild store and points from dailies to get consumables or unique set, vanities etc from guild only, this is my opinion and also this will can also help a lot weak players become better but i believe they might make overpower stronger players but i think guild can work better that way thank you
