Passives stats rework

Some passives of our talents are very bad they need rework
We need a talent with luck stat with 5 talent points will go from 0%-100% 20% per point
The gold loot stat need buff from 5% to 100%
Those stats are useful for new players and those players who have different stats in equipment instead of the focused ones
