I think not? Cos technically, when an item is re-rolled, its called a "re-rolled item" right?
In the description of the lix, it does not say it can re-roll a re-rolled item.
But it does say it will re-roll original item once, except if its a vanity.

Ark's right. I mean like for example u re-roll to get rare to epic, then cuz of the 25% from the vanity, it would go from rare -> epic -> legendary. Is it possible?! IS IT?!

It's not a waste because miner will always overpowers the luck vanity. So pretty much if it doesn't stack, then you're just wearing the luck vanity just like any other -non stat- vanity.

It doesn't stack as in the sense of double re-rolls.
But.. It does increase your luck chance.
Like in PL, a 3x combo (25%luck) daily blessing+shamrock (100% luck)+big luck = loads of re-rolls and bigger luck in getting pinks.
The vanity does help, but since it doesn't give a certain luck percentage, all it does is give you an extra chance to re-roll once as it says in the description.
The luck stacks, just not the re-roll.
