Make ctf leaderboards

Sts should've made this lb, when ctf came out. So everyone had a fair chance.

Ctf leaderboard will lead to farming like crazy to get on lb. In DL ctf is actually difficult because the game starts when both sides are ready with certain number of players each. In sl u can just host make a game and spawn kill everytime you wish n get kills til u tire out.
