Star Beast Chain dont "stack" Haste from Pet(AA)

Hi Devs .
Its possible that the Star Beast Chain dont "stack" the AA Haste from Pet?(Vermi,Neigher,Garlic ect...)
I tested it at Hydra with and without AA Haste.Same Result .Same Hit Speed and same hits on health bar. I see the Haste "stacks" under /stats but no difference(48 to 70,50 haste).With normal Sword and Aegis it Works but not with Chain .
