I had someone explain it to me before. If you're using a computer then copy and paste it into something like paint. Save it as what ever you want. Then go on forums and click the "insert image" button. It should be on the "from url". switch that to "from computer." Choose the file you saved and click upload. It should say something like attach=config, have a number between and then /attach. Just to make sure I'm right, I'll post a pic of my own.
