    Exclamation How long does support usually take? Urgent

    I wanna ask how long support takes because I was saving up my plats for the 80 plat 2x weekend elixir. But yesterday i went on and saw that 30 plats were missing. I've never purchase anything with 30 plat so i emailed support to refund my 30 plat. When i check my history it said the plats were used on a 30 plat elixir for 60 min. I still have it at exactly 60 min haven't use it at all. The purchase must have been a mistake because i dont ever remember buying any elixir.

    Anyways i had saved up 75 plat, 30 plat went missing now i have 45. And todays daily deal is 2x week long elixir for 60 plats. FML >.>

    They should get back to you later today, if not earlier tomorrow. Gnosis will say no to your request anyways though.

    Took my 2 and a half days to get my response at most. Sometimes if I'm lucky they can get back to me on the same day.

    Whoa! Give them some time ! Remember... They work until 5:00 PM so, you might get a bigger delay if you sent your request late! And Uhm... They have lives too lol. With the exception of RedStapler of course ! She so pro!

    Just some advise for some of you including the OP:

    STS is in the business of making money. So you have a better chance of getting your request approved if it means more money for STS. So for example, if you had requested that instead of just refunding your plat for the 30 plat elixir, you exchange it for the week-long 2x 60 plat elixir, then that would mean 30 plat more spent, and STS would be more likely to honor your request. Think about that next time you email them (or any other company) with a request. If you can offer them something extra, they are more likely to honor any request.
