Max number of points we may spend is 40 (8*5).
So, when we gain 40 lvl we'll use all skills.

There are some other systems planned that will expand upon character development to have meaningful advancement past those levels. Nothing yet to announce, but yes, we're aware of the issue
Really past 20 they will need to change it
Since the 4 skill max
Well, they could still introduce passive attributes like in DL, e.g. attack +15, armor +15, health +30 etc.
