It appears that Yeti have invaded the popular trade route at Pennon Peak and are demanding payment to pass.

This simply will not do!!

Visit Bandero in town to begin the Banner Bash Event, then pass through the free portal to face off against the greedy Yeti!
Earn event points and progress through event tiers. This event is open to all levels.

There are brand new banners featuring trophies of your vanquished foes,
plus shiny new badges, titles, and frosty new vanity weapons. Read on!

Tier Rewards (Bound)

Bronze Tier (2,000 Points)

Gold Tier



After encountering Gen. Cravyn (the scourged villain betrayer of the Highfrost),
speak with Bandero. Confront him with Gen. Cravyn's treachery!
Then undertake the Highfrost Heroes questline
to earn the crafting components for:

+ Gilded Hero of Highfrost Badge



Massive Yeti Curse Crates
Reach Gold Tier to unlock the ability to craft Massive Yeti Curse Crates
from three (3) Elder Woods Locked Crates!


Platinum Tier



Upon reaching Platinum Tier, you will receive the Burning Page quest item,
allowing you access the Frozen Tome on Pennon Peak.
Complete the quest series to receive components for:

+ Highfrost Thundersnow Vanity Weapons



Massive Yeti Curse Crates
When you reach Platinum Tier to unlock the ability
to craft Massive Yeti Curse Crates from one (1) Massive Elder Woods Locked Crate!

This also works with crafted Massive Elder Woods Locked Crates
Note: Crafted Massive Elder Woods Crates need to be in
your inventory to show up in the Crafting Station.

Miniboss Drops

Reach Platinum Tier to unlock a chance for special jewel loot from the Yeti Sorcerer Minibosses:
Standard Jewels, Fortified Jewels and the (rare) Yeti Blizzard Blast Jewel!

General Cravyn



After reaching Platinum tier, you will encounter General Cravyn.
Be sure to confront Bandero about General Cravyn's treachery!
Face him again for a chance to drop Locked Highfrost Provisions Crate which contains...

+ Recipes, Elixirs, Gold
+ Legendary Highfrost Weapons (2h Sword, Staff, Daggers) up to lv 85
Specifically: Levels 1, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25, (and every 5 levels up to) 85!

Legendary Highfrost Weapon Proc:
Chance to freeze targets for up to 6 seconds in PvE, 3 seconds in PvP.
Targets take additional ice damage when freeze effect ends.
10 second cooldown.

Legendary Highfrost Weapon Kill-Streak Buff:
Plus, defeat 5 enemies in rapid succession to earn the following buff:
+25% Primary Stat, +20% Critical Hit Damage, and +30% Damage (all buffs stack) for 15 seconds.
25 second cooldown on activation. Kill count restarts when cooldown ends.

The deceitful General also rarely has a chance to drop the Highfrost Golden Order vanity set...

Aaaa pushes :/ Sometimes this is more of a hindrance than a help, would've been better if just freeze or just deal the damage and removing the push, just a opinion tho :3

Highfrost vanity weps are already pretty cheap. Anyway we can get a different color version of them instead of the exact same one? The gold needed to craft is pretty much the same price as the weps too

I love vanity weapons, but aren't they the same as they were a few years ago? I ask because I have seen the weapons at auction even at 8m. And if they are the same, crafting them for 10m leaves me thinking a little.

If you change the color, or maybe make them a little different, isn't it better?

Yes. It can stun up to 2.5 seconds in any context.

Note: like other 'freeze' effects that function in PvP, the Yeti Blizzard Blast will apply a 'freeze immunity' for a short period after being afflicted.
