Even if you are guild master and have a guild charter, the command /guildhall says you require a subscription. I assume this means it is not actually an arcane legends feature.

You can also shorten:
/guildinv or /guildi
/partyinv /partyi /partyl

FYI any command can be shortened to select the first that matches (SELECT * FROM list WHERE command LIKE INPUT%)

List:
/guildchat
/guildcreate
/guilddemote
/guildpromote
/guildinvite
/guildjoin
/guildkick
/guilddisband

so /g - matches the first alphabetically in the list and gets guildchat

so the shortest you can make another command is
/guildi - will find guildinvite
/guildd - will find guilddemote (fortunately)

useful ones are
/partyi i - shortest way to make solo party
/partyl - to exit

A while ago, STS (at the time) sent a survey out, asking about a premium feature. You would pay a monthly fee, and be able to unlock additional content, for example, accessing the auction hall from anywhere (through the menu). The propose of the email was to see if a premium feature was of interest, and worth implementing.

I'd assume that message is leftover from that idea, where you could input a command, and be taken immediately to the guild hall. That's my best guess, don't know though. It's just the only "subscription" I've ever heard of with regards to STG.
