Mail box

Well the name says it all. The mail box allows us to message our friends if they are offline, and maybe send them gifts. This will allow us to have closer contacts to our friends.

I like it very much, tax it a bit and it's gona work. Maybe 3 plat per 10 slots for 10 MSG or Gift ?

Then, a reasonable credit tax per MSG/Gift. And, maybe we can gift credits as well too?

Man I really like it, many RPG I've played had this feature. eg, Flyff, dragonest etc!
