Chat freeze

I was playing on Chrome and I started to type something. I realize that there were no actual letters being typed out. I then proceeded to exit the dialogue box. Then I couldn't. So for around 30 seconds I was able to run around, but not do anything else. Then it was fixed. Ill post a picture of my screen at the time of the incident.

Same accrued to me on my device, I've been encountering this even on PL. Even when trying to change from one location to another (sometimes) the app will just crash. This usually accrues if I played 5hrs non stop.
