Welcome to the Elite Elder Woods

As we come up on the anniversary of the Elder Woods expansion release, it's time to use your honed Elder Woods knowledge and skill in a brand new challenge--Elder Woods Elites.

The Maps



Navigate to the Elder Woods Elite content by selecting "Elite Maps" on the World Map. Be prepared for heavier hitting attacks, larger health pools, and higher stakes. If you're aiming for Leaderboard fame, don't forget to check the "LB Run" box when entering a map.



As the pop-up will state, Leaderboard runs are automatically scaled to max level and are not for the faint of heart!



Also, keep your eye out for 4 ultra-rare mini-boss spawns: Felfang, Krysalyn, Platasu, and Rhinoras, which will grant a special achievement (see below) when defeated.

Boss Loot

Elite Elder Woods Bosses have the chance to drop a handful of new Elder Woods themed furnishings, including 3 sizes of forest wall, and an Elder Woods Brazier, perfect for turning your home into a cozy forest getaway.



Plus, while not a part of the Elite content, Dead Estus in the Poison Caverns now also drops the Poison Miasma furnishing, which adds a sparkling poisonous cloud to an area of your home.

Achievements and Awards



With new content comes new achievements. Here are the new achievements available for Elder Woods Elites. Complete them all for one final ultimate achievement, which comes with a special title and badge.

Defeat Elite: Anons, Iccas, Grohl, Smear, and Hedourah - 275 AP each (1375 total)
Defeat each Elite Elder Woods boss once.

Completing the Elite Hedourah achievement, will also grant you the ability to craft 3 Star Stone furnishings, the Chair, Table, and Torch, glowing with mysterious meteoric light.


Knots Landing - 125 AP
Defeat 500 Elite Elder Woods minions.

Deforestation - 125 AP
Defeat 1,000 Elite Elder Woods minions.

Legendary Lumberjack - 125 AP
Defeat 5,000 Elite Elder Woods minions.

Wicked Woodsman - 125 AP
Defeat 10,000 Elite Elder Woods minions.

Wood Working - 175 AP
Defeat 100 Elite Elder Woods bosses.

Timber Twist - 175 AP
Defeat 500 Elite Elder Woods bosses.

Quarter Sawn - 175 AP
Defeat 1,000 Elite Elder Woods bosses.

Timber Terminator - 175 AP
Defeat 5,000 Elite Elder Woods bosses.

Kilo-Killer: Elite Iccas - 225 AP
Defeat Elite Iccas 1000 times.

Kilo-Killer: Elite Grohl - 225 AP
Defeat Elite Grohl 1,000 times.

Kilo-Killer: Elite Smear - 225 AP
Defeat Elite Smear 1,000 times.

Elite Hedourah Fiver - 300 AP
Defeat Elite Hedourah 5,000 times.

Diligent Detox - 100 AP
Apply 5,000 anti-toxins (Purification, Arcazole, or Black Star Atomizer) in the Elite Elder Woods.

Natural Immunity - 100 AP
Defeat 5,000 elite Elder Woods monsters while fully afflicted by an Elder Woods toxin.

Elite Master of the Elder Woods - 750 AP
Granted upon completing all Elder Woods Elite achievements.

Cyclical Leaderboards

New cyclical leaderboards are available with the Elite Elder Woods content and will reset monthly, granting special rewards to those on top at the end of each month.

Speed Run: Elite Hedourah
The Top 10 fastest runs of Elite Hedourah will receive...

Speed Run: Elite Hedourah Badge (usable until the end of the next cycle)


Scion of the Stars Title (usable until the end of the next cycle)


Elite Elder Woods Kills
The Top 10 players with the most Elite Elder Woods enemy kills will receive...

Elite Elder Woods Kills Badge (usable until the end of the next cycle)


Cosmic Killer Title (usable until the end of the next cycle)

Mr. five we appreciate all the new content, very nice and especially for adding decoration for our houses, I would love a Location with elder woods theme that guarantees 0.5% health leech or 1% lethality.

It's going to be a tough season to achieve all those aps.

Will Lost Expedition bosses count toward 5k Elite bosses aps?
Is there any other loot other than furniture? Do bosses drop elixirs (fish), is there electrum chest drop (or new elite runner chest)?
Some APS look meh...

I think there will be, in fact we need arcane weapons to be able to advance in elite. Remember that this is just a preview and there is still time, more things will be added ^_^ (vanitys, equipment, new jewelry)

Can you please make it so we can stack those elixirs, using just 1 by 1 will take more way too long...

^^ Not mentioning those elixirs are behind the plat purchase from vendor, at least also make them available to get for gold as well, not just the components.
