Opinions on where to invest skill points

How can i put zero into second talent when its automatically got 1??

you would have to buy a re-stat.
ps it also depends on if you plan on serious pvp or not.

looks like they want drain life for pvp (skill 7) but it is not actually as effective in PvE. I dont use drain life cause i never seem to actually drain the life of any mobs...
I personally am like this

i use frosbite to keep mobs away and make a little extra damage (i can spare the mana) also costs less than ice storm if you want to combo a boss.
