As far as I can tell, no, but one of the skill upgrades gives you a 15% or 25% (click or charge) for the lightning to cause mini-bolts to come out of the enemy you attack, hurting enemies around it.

As far as I can tell, no, but one of the skill upgrades gives you a 15% or 25% (click or charge) for the lightning to cause mini-bolts to come out of the enemy you attack, hurting enemies around it.

Only of it kill the enemy your attacking, I tried it and it didn't work to well since it hard to targets which enemy to hit with lighting.
