Combat Medic bug for Rogue

I have the combat medic skill and all the upgrades on my rogue, but it still says 4/5 on my skill index page.. I'm worried that even though I spent 5 points on it, one of the upgrades isn't working.

The counter isn't correct, but the skill does work correctly. The counter will be fixed in a future update.
