LVL 10 SORROWS OF BRUTALITY for Rogues Not working to Description
It says in the description that it has chance to poduce +10 speed for player or -80 speed for enemy!! All it does is slow the player down not the enemy! Can you please fix this issue?? Im hoping its the effect thats not working right and not a screw up in the info!

Thanks for taking the time to post this. I believe this bug is already known with a fix in work. Look for patch notes in the future. Our apologies for the difficulty with the item.
