pretty sure this is just a rumour. the proper name is galzyx dark matter staff. many people think it's spelt 'galaxy' but it's actually spelt 'galzyx'.

aparition is the ghost dude? if so i highly dought you would need to...
I got my lev 45 one as drop during a rush, without ever getting near the ghost.
