Blood star artifact (dex) proc

It says proc lasts 10 sec but it's only 7 sec, fix pls...
Also missing icon of proc active (green), only shows cooldown icon (red), blood star armor and helm have both icons, would be nice to have on artifact too.

I think this is just a visual issue, and the buff does last for 10 sec.

Visual effect duration fixed if you patch. Proc active icon is in the next update.
