Need Help peps
I'm actually looking into making designs and such, but I'm not sure of which programs to use or the best programs that I can use. Really new to it, and I mean REALLY. I have no clue on how to merge a picture on top of another, or add two pictures together and such.
Any advice on any of these or help will be gladly appreciated.
P.S. already talked to Mitch for it, but want more in put from others who have had experience. So far I'm using PicsArt for the time being.
