It is the same cost, the Birthday Vanity Crate only did 1 pull, and the Winter Vanity Crate does 3 pulls—5p per pull for both.

I didn't remember that another thing in my opinion is that the Claus set is more profitable by putting it in the store since the winter of last year they haven't added a single vanity set in the store during this event The last one was the Aurelian Diamond set and it was 2 years ago.

If there is any confusion on this point, I would like to clarify to everyone that the only place you can get the Heroic Pets this year is from the Leaderboards.

How about Eye of Frostwyrm gem? In the post it adds 10 primary stats. In game there is 12 primary+5.00 dmg, is that mistake?

There are 8 pieces to the Winterforged set, available to craft during the Winter Event. Crafting each piece will require a piece of the Snowstorm Set. The Winterforged Set is an upgraded version of the Snowstorm Set with improved stats! Having all 8 pieces will grant the following bonuses...

Winter's Embrace: 8 items equipped: The Winter's Embrace provides +35% Primary Stat, +35% Speed (Stacking), +30% Health, +30% Mana, +30% Armor, +30% Damage (stacking), +20% Haste, +20% Critical Hit Damage. Winter's Embrace has a 25% chance of damage to add the Hailstone Gem Freeze to the target!


An 8/8 set will also unlock the "Fatal Frostbite" proc on Winterstorm weapons when the full 8/8 set is active! Charged attacks will afflict an enemy with Frostbite (if the proc is not on cooldown). Afflicted enemies take significant bonus damage from subsequent attacks. Increased bonus damage from charge attacks!

Can we get some clarification on 3 points, please?
1) Is the Winterforged proc considerably more powerful than the proc on the Snowstorm 8/8 set? I worked very hard (and had to spend quite a bit of gold) last year to collect and craft this set last year, then never used it because the proc was like a sneeze. Can you please describe the new proc in detail, so owners of the Snowstorm set can make an informed decision on upgrading their sets to Winterforged? The stats upgrades information is helpful, but the proc is the thing on this 8/8 set.

2) The quote above says one piece of Winterstorm is needed to craft the corresponding Winterforged piece, but the crafting details in the devs' 2nd post shows 2 pieces are needed for each- including the artifact! If it is 2 pieces plus the addtitional ingredients to make 1 new one, this is going to create a situation where the crafting ingredients will so expensive that only the very rich will be able to afford to do it. It doesn't make sense for a mid set. These ingredients will already be under scarcity stress, because lots of players will want to upgrade just their snow weapons.

3) Will doing the upgrade from Snowstorm to Winterforged erase the awakenings? This was a considerable expense, since it's an 8 piece set.

1) It is the same proc between the Snowstorm Set and the Winterforged Set but the Winter's Embrace also adds a 25% chance on damage to add the Hailstone Gem Freeze to the target.

2) You need at least a piece of Snowstorm to craft one Winterforged item. It was just letting you know that the Snowstorm items are required to craft the Winterforged Set. The details in the crafting section are correct.

3) It will consume your Snowstorm item to craft the Winterforged item.

That was an older screen shot, no changes were made to the Eye of Frostwyrm gem for this year's event.

Art direction failed tf ginger lb and wht with dual color with bad design i felt like same silhouette from last year design. I rather have this as LB set not lame ginger idea.

I'm confused ,Sts release new arc 86 with status %5 elemental but without +Damage Elemental and then for what %5 Damage Elemental sir ?

What specifically makes the arcane set do more damage than SB proc / Bio set proc?. Nothing in that description tells me that it will be better, is it going to be a hidden proc that does rediculous damage or?

The procs on all 3 new arcanes seem very underwhelming.

Also, why can't level 86 arcanes be guaranteed loot yet? It's beyond frustrating looking arcane rings 99.99% of the time from "guaranteed loot".
